Our management

Transforming frozen food

As one of the largest frozen food companies in the world, we believe that industry growth and thought leadership are fundamental pillars to our success. Indeed, given our leadership position across Europe, we have a key role to play as frozen’s “Category Captain” as we pursue our quest to drive awareness of the numerous attractive properties that the frozen food category has to offer to consumers.

Why frozen?

Creating distinctive brands

Brand building is at the heart of what we do. Our brands are often share leaders in their respective markets, ranking #1 or #2 in market share across 90% of our core portfolio. Nevertheless, we understand the need to continuously raise the bar by investing in our brands, refreshing our packaging and improving the dialogue with our consumers in order to drive consistent growth for years to come.

Our brands

Consolidating European frozen food and beyond

We believe we are uniquely positioned to be the consolidator of choice within the frozen food industry and beyond. Since the creation of Nomad Foods in 2015, we have acquired four frozen food businesses to create a portfolio in excess of €2 billion in net revenues. As we generate cash and drive growth in our base business, we will continue to evaluate the food landscape for opportunities to further consolidate and drive value for all stakeholders.
