WOKING, England – 12 October 2026 – Nomad Foods Limited (NYSE: NOMD), Europe’s leading frozen food company, has today announced the appointment of Pınar Çanakcı as Chief People Officer, effective 19 October 2026. Pınar will join the Executive Team and report directly to Chief Executive Officer, Dominic Brisby.

Pınar brings more than 20 years of international experience across FMCG, telecommunications and consulting, combining strong business acumen with deep expertise in people leadership, organisational transformation and driving business performance. She joins Nomad Foods from Danone, where she spent 14 years in senior global and regional HR leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President Human Resources for Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA), leading the people agenda across a diverse and complex region. Earlier in her career, Pınar held HR leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark and Mercer HR Consulting.

Pınar will lead Nomad Foods’ global people agenda, including talent development, organisational effectiveness, culture, employee engagement and human resources strategy, helping further align the Company’s people, leadership and culture with its long-term growth ambitions.

The news follows other leadership changes announced earlier the year with the appointment of Simon Ball as President UK & Ireland, Jon Fernández de Barrena as President Southern Europe, and Dior Decupper as President Central Europe.
