Nomad Foods Announces Appointment of Chief Marketing Officer

WOKING, England – 7 May 2026 – Nomad Foods Limited (NYSE: NOMD), Europe’s leading frozen food company, has today announced the appointment of Justin Billingsley as Chief Marketing Officer, strengthening its Executive Team and reinforcing the Company’s focus on sustainable growth across its European brands and markets. Justin will report directly to Chief Executive Officer, Dominic Brisby.

Justin Billingsley joins Nomad Foods with immediate effect to lead a strengthened and more unified Marketing function spanning brand and portfolio strategy, communications, research & development and innovation. His focus will be on driving stronger commercial outcomes and long-term brand equity across Nomad Foods’ iconic portfolio.

Justin brings significant global marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record of building brands, accelerating innovation and leading high-performing teams within complex, consumer-driven organisations. Justin has more than 30 years’ experience, balanced between brand leadership and marketing services leadership roles.
