Key Policies & Guidelines

The quality of our products is directly affected by the quality of our suppliers’ products. Increasing customer requirements and highly dynamic global markets demand a high degree of responsiveness, flexibility, and global orientation from us and our suppliers. Adherence to the  following policies will allow us to collectively meet these global requirements.

Supplier terms and conditions

We believe in being transparent on our standard supplier terms and conditions.

These are the Legal Terms and Conditions that apply to you as a supplier of goods and/or services to Nomad Foods Europe Limited (NFE) and every Subsidiary or Holding Company of that company.

You agree to be bound to these terms and conditions when doing business with our company. However, if we have a master agreement (contract) with you then those terms and conditions will apply and supersede those in the Purchase Order for the covered goods or services.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We work daily to meet all our legal and regulatory, ethical, environmental, social and health and safety obligations. We can only achieve this with the co-operation of all of our supply chain partners, which we hold to the same standards as ourselves. That is the purpose of our Supplier Code of Conduct.

No PO, No Pay Policy

As part of Nomad Food Europe’s ambition to improve how we process your invoices and to ensure we always pay you on time, we operate a “No PO = No Pay” Policy for all purchases made on behalf of our company. Please see the policy wording for what this means for you.
